AgExpert Analyst 2007 benefits producers
Regina, Saskatchewan, November 23, 2006 — Canadian agriculture producers now have the latest tool to better manage their operations – AgExpert Analyst 2007 farm accounting software.
"This software is used by thousands of farmers every day to enter all their income and expense transactions and automatically track their GST,” says Rob Schmeichel, AgExpert General Manager. “They also use it to complete and print off their Canadian Agriculture Income Stabilization forms.”
AgExpert is the software division of Farm Credit Canada (FCC). AgExpert Analyst 2007 includes new features like the ability to enter transactions into the new fiscal year without restriction – while the previous year-end is being completed – and a summary screen that lets you view key bank accounts and information at a glance.
"It’s increasingly important today that farm business operators carefully manage the factors that affect their operation," Schmeichel says. "Detailed inventory tracking with regard to the CAIS program and cash flow management are just a couple of important factors that can be easily handled with AgExpert Analyst software.”
“AgExpert Analyst 2007 automatically updates to meet CAIS’s information and reporting requirements when they are announced,” he says.
The software, supported by accountants, also features fast setup, easy transaction entry, government and regulatory reporting capability, automated payroll capability and comprehensive and detailed reporting capability.
Those purchasing AgExpert software or renewing a service plan are automatically entered to win a $5,000 Home Makeover, $5,000 in Syngenta crop protection product, and a two-year prepaid lease of a 2007 Ford F150 truck. Any purchase or renewal will need to be made by Dec. 15, 2006, Jan. 31, 2007 and March 28, 2007, respectively in order to qualify for each of the three draws.
A toll-free phone line where producers may speak with a specialist who understands Canadian agriculture and accounting, and speaks the language of agriculture in English or French, supports AgExpert Analyst 2007.
A new crop and field management program by AgExpert is scheduled to be launched in early 2007.
