Manage Capital Assets
You can track all capital assets to maintain a detailed Capital Assets Listing. This feature is unique to AgExpert Analyst.
It's very easy to enter details about a capital asset. You can access this window to add or edit capital assets at any time, during setup or after. This window will automatically pop up when you enter a capital asset purchase through the transaction window.
This report displays a detailed listing of capital assets, with information for original and business cost, book value, market value, and other general asset data.
Fair Market Value and Net Worth Statements
AgExpert Analyst offers you the unique capability to enter fair market values for your general and capital assets and to generate a Net Worth Statement. You can define and edit fair market values from the Fair Market Values window found in the Setup menu:
Then, you can generate either a net worth statement (similar to a balance sheet, but uses fair market values instead of accounting costs) or a statement of fair market values. Both of these statements are in the Reports menu.
