McCain Grower Update July 2008
Follow the instructions to download and install the Field Manager PRO McCain Grower Update. You must have already installed the Field Manager PRO 2008 Program before installing this.
If you are unsure as to whether or not you should install this update, please check in your software what version you are running. To check what version you are running go into Field Manager PRO, click on Help, About Field Manager PRO. If the Version is 2008-01, continue with the installation of Field Manager PRO McCain Grower Update as per the instructions below.
BEFORE PROCEEDING, PLEASE CLOSE DOWN ANY OPEN PROGRAMS.
- Click on the link at the bottom of this page to download the Field Manager PRO McCain Grower Update.
- A dialog window will be displayed that prompts you to open the application from its current location or save the file to disk (see figure below). This dialog window may appear differently, depending on your internet browser. You want to save the application to your hard drive, so click the Save button.
- You will be prompted to save the file to a location on your hard drive. Click on the drop down arrow as indicated in the figure below and change the Save In location to Desktop. Click Save and the file will begin downloading to your Windows desktop. The Windows desktop is the main screen you see when you start up your computer.
- When the file has completed downloading, close your internet browser. There will be a new icon on your Windows Desktop for the downloaded file (example: Setup.exe).
- Double click the Setup.exe icon on the desktop to begin the installation process. Follow the setup instructions on screen to install the update.
