AgExpert Analyst Service 2009 Repair Tool

Follow the instructions to download and install the AgExpert Analyst 2009 Repair Tool.

BEFORE PROCEEDING, PLEASE CLOSE DOWN ANY OPEN PROGRAMS.

  1. Click on the link at the bottom of this page to download the AgExpert Analyst 2009 Repair Tool.

  2. A dialog window will be displayed that prompts you to open the application from its current location or save the file to disk. This dialog window may appear differently, depending on your internet browser. You want to save the application to your hard drive, so click the Save button.

  3. You will be prompted to save the file to a location on your hard drive. Click on the drop down arrow and change the Save In location to Desktop. Click Save and the file will begin downloading to your Windows desktop. The Windows desktop is the main screen you see when you start up your computer.

  4. When the file has completed downloading, close your internet browser. There will be a new icon on your Windows Desktop for the downloaded file (example: AgExpertFix.zip).

  5. Double click the AgExpertFix.zip icon on the desktop to open the file.

  6. Double click the AgExpertfix.exe file to run the repair tool.

  7. Select your AgExpert Analyst data file to be repaired.


Only apply to data files upgraded to AgExpert Analyst 2009.
